NGC 6960 - THE VEIL NEBULA

This is an image of NGC6960 which is more commonly known as The Veil Nebula in the constellation of Cygnus. The Nebula is the remnant of a Supernova explosion. The image was captured using my EOS 300D DSLR at prime focus of my WO ZS66 SD APO telescope and represents the sum of 30 X 2 min guided exposures at ISO800. Image processing was with Iris and Photoshop. Guiding was with my SC3 through MN56. Image was captured on 30th June 2006 at 01:00
