Comments: This Image represents the neck region of the Pelican Nebula. The Pelican Nebula is a large emission nebula in the constellation of Cygnus (close to Deneb). The Pelican is an active mix of star formation and evolving gas clouds. Very dense regions (filaments) of cold gas still remain.
